In today's increasingly competitive industrial era, the need for an efficient and sustainable production management system is more critical than ever. This study explores the integration of ergonomic design and continuous improvement within the framework of green technology-based Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). The approach aims not only to enhance operational efficiency but also to improve workplace comfort and promote environmental sustainability. This research adopts a literature review method, analyzing various reputable scientific journals published within the last ten years. The findings reveal that the synergy between ergonomics, continuous improvement, and green technology can significantly improve productivity, reduce musculoskeletal disorder risks, and support global sustainability goals (SDGs). The implementation of Sustainable TPM (STPM) emerges as a strategic approach to address modern industrial challenges through a more holistic and inclusive management system
